HI and Welcome to Apple Discussions.. Try repairing disk permissions. Launch Disk Utility. Select MacintoshHD in the panel on the left, select the FirstAid tab. Click: Repair Disk Permissions. When it's finished from the Menu Bar, Quit Disk Utility. Restart your Mac, connect the tablet. See if that helps. When the tablet is connected, open System Preferences and make sure you see the 'Ink' icon. Orange with a pen icon. You can also try using a different USB port.
